Advance Furniture Distribution , located in Burnside, serves as the distribution centre for our showrooms. AFD is currently seeking a Delivery Driver to join our professional delivery team.

Responsibilities

Packing and loading product onto trucks; ensuring accuracy of orders;
Ensuring safe and timely delivery of product to predetermined customers on specific routes;




Maneuvering merchandise into customer's homes in an efficient and secure manner;
Providing an exceptional delivery experience for customers through professionalism and superior customer service;

Working in warehouse.

Requirements

Valid Class 5 Driver's

Previous commercial driving experience is preferred

Previous experience with furniture deliveries a strong asset (but willing to train)

Ability to consistently lift 50+ lbs in a safe manner

Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism

Reliable

Strong team player
