Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Milton, ON

Pay Rate: $19.25 - $19.75 per hour

Day shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday to Friday
Afternoon shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

- Unloading, picking, sorting, diverting, scanning, and wrapping customer orders
- Operating carts, dollies, power hand trucks, and other moving equipment to handle merchandise
- Performing 5S duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Complying with operational requirements and supporting team objectives

What's Needed?
- Experience as a Warehouse Worker or Material Handler
- High School education or equivalent is an asset
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures in a warehouse workplace
- Capability to handle multiple demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and climb stairs
