This permanent full-time role involves leading a team to foster growth and drive complex projects across Clinical Operations. As a team-oriented leader, you will ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations, implement innovative safety initiatives, and enhance operational effectiveness across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities:



- Lead the development of IH-wide safety strategies - Guide team of coordinators in safety standards - Oversee workplace safety and quality improvement initiatives - Establish systems for data analysis and reporting - Act as liaison with other IH departments
Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Sciences - Minimum of five years of experience, two in a leadership role - Proven track record in program management - Effective communicator with negotiation skills - Valid British Columbia Driver’s Licence
