Responsibilities

- Provide personalized tutoring sessions focused on English Language Arts skills, including reading comprehension, writing, vocabulary, and grammar.
- Develop customized lesson plans and activities that align with students’ grade levels and learning goals.
- Support students in preparing for assessments, exams, and classroom assignments through targeted instruction.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to participate actively.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to maximize growth.




- Maintain clear communication with parents or guardians regarding student performance and areas for improvement.
- Utilize various teaching tools and resources to enhance engagement and understanding during sessions.

Requirements

- Fluency in English.
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting, including classroom experience or tutoring roles.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to teach grammar, composition, and literary analysis effectively.
- Passion for education and helping students succeed academically.
- Excellent communication skills and patience to support diverse learning needs.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student levels.
- Prior experience in tutoring or teaching English Language Arts is highly desirable.
