Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Jr. Project/Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Fabrication Group with the Trade-Mark Group of Companies. In this role, you will be the vital link in streamlining our talent sourcing and recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Your proactive approach will help us attract top talent, manage candidate pipelines efficiently. This paid position offers an exciting prospect to develop your skills in human resources, project coordination (fabrication), and talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment. Long term transitioning into project coordination in our fabrication shops.

Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and maintaining accurate applicant records.
- Conduct research on industry best practices for talent acquisition and contribute innovative lead generation strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Participate in cold calling efforts to connect with potential candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs,



assist with job postings, and ensure effective communication throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in day to day coordination of fabrication projects being manufactured.

Experience

- Prior experience or internship in recruiting, human resources, or sales is preferred but not required; a strong interest in talent acquisition is essential.
- Prior experience in fabrication facilities/offices and project coordination.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with candidates and team members.
- Demonstrated research skills to identify potential candidate sources and industry trends.
- Experience with cold calling or lead generation activities is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
