Leggat Acura on Brant is hiring an Automotive Glass installer to join a growing shop! The Automotive Glass Installer is responsible for the removal, installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass on a variety of vehicles while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Compensation: $27-$40 per hour depending on experience level

Key Responsibilities

- Remove and install windshields, side glass, rear glass, and other automotive glass components.
- Perform stone chip repairs and windshield repairs when appropriate.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and verify proper fitment and sealing of installed glass.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer specifications.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repairs and timelines.
- Complete work orders and documentation accurately.




- Assist with inventory management and ordering of glass and related materials.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as an Automotive Glass Installer preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive glass installation techniques and industry best practices.
- Experience with ADAS calibration is an asset.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
