CHOW Bella Pet Health is an independent, family-owned pet specialty store in Okotoks dedicated to helping dogs and cats live healthier lives through better nutrition. We believe in education, exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships with our customers.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves helping people and their pets and is excited to learn about pet nutrition.

What You'll Do

- Help customers find the best food, treats, supplements and products for their pets.
- Learn about canine and feline nutrition and confidently make recommendations.
- Build relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
- Receive inventory and merchandise products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store.
- Operate our POS system and assist with online orders.
- Work as part of a small, supportive team.

Who We're Looking For

The right person is:

✔ Curious and eager to continually learn about pet nutrition.

✔ Reliable, punctual and accountable.

✔ Comfortable working independently.

✔ Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

✔ Must be available weekends.





Experience in the pet industry is an asset, but a willingness to learn is more important than previous experience.

This is not a job where you simply stock shelves and run a till. We pride ourselves on educating pet parents and helping them make informed decisions. Every member of our team is expected to continuously learn and become confident discussing pet nutrition.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
