Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCM / OFSAA Techno-Functional Developer to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Oracle FCCM, Oracle OFSAA, Customer Risk Rating (CRR), AML/KYC, and enterprise data integration. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing analytical solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, PMO teams, and QA teams to deliver scalable, high-performance regulatory compliance applications.

Senior candidates should possess technical leadership capabilities and experience delivering end-to-end Oracle FCCM implementations within financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support Oracle FCCM/OFSAA analytical applications.
- Analyze business requirements and produce detailed technical design documents.
- Develop and maintain Customer Risk Rating (CRR) solutions using Oracle FCCM/OFSAA.
- Build and enhance ETL data pipelines and enterprise data integration solutions.
- Develop SQL/PLSQL programs, Unix shell scripts, and batch scheduling processes.
- Design and implement API integrations between enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with PMO, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in system design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance analytical platforms.
- Support DevOps CI/CD pipelines and software release processes.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution.
- Document technical specifications, solution designs, and deployment procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities using AI-enabled development tools.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of software development and solution design experience.
- Strong understanding of:
