What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinate daily transportation schedules, including headhaul and backhaul opportunities.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure freight moves safely and on time.
- Optimize routes and respond quickly to changing operational priorities.
- Coordinate cross-border shipments and transportation documentation.
- Maintain fleet compliance, permits, insurance records, and transportation documentation.
- Support driver onboarding,



communication, and day-to-day operational needs.
- Resolve transportation challenges while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Continuously improve dispatch processes and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years' experience in transportation dispatch, logistics, or fleet coordination.
- Experience coordinating headhaul, backhaul, and creating new market opportunities is considered a strong asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of transportation compliance, including CVOR, IFTA, IRP, US DOT, and cross-border documentation, is considered a robust asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience maintaining transportation records.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when operational demands require it, including occasional evenings, weekends, and peak-season support.

Pay: $55,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
