Luxury Team Lead | Fine Jewelry & Timepieces

We're partnering with one of Toronto's most respected luxury jewelers to find a Team Lead who will serve as both a top-performing salesperson and a mentor to the team. This is an opportunity to join a business built on exceptional service, craftsmanship, and long-term client relationships—where leadership is hands-on and every team member plays an important role.

About the Role

As Team Lead, you'll lead by example while remaining actively engaged with clients. You'll help coach and motivate the sales team, support daily operations, and create an elevated customer experience from the moment a client walks through the door.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people but doesn't want to leave the sales floor behind.

What You'll Do

- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience while building long-term relationships.
- Lead by example through consultative selling and outstanding service.
- Coach and support the sales team to help maximize performance.
- Assist with floor leadership, daily operations,



and team coverage.
- Partner closely with store leadership to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Foster a collaborative, positive culture where everyone contributes.
