Merry Maids is looking for a confident, outgoing Community Sales Associate to join our team.

This is a people-focused, performance-driven sales position for someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating opportunities, and developing long-term customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

- Represent Merry Maids professionally in the community.
- Connect with potential customers and introduce them to our services.
- Generate new customer opportunities and appointments.
- Build relationships and follow up with prospects.
- Focus on developing long-term recurring customers.
- Track conversations, opportunities, and follow-ups using our sales tools.
- Work independently while being supported by our management team.

- Is outgoing, friendly, and confident speaking with people.
- Enjoys meeting recent people and starting conversations.
- Is comfortable approaching new people and handling rejection.
- Is self-motivated, positive, and results-oriented.
- Is persistent and great at following up.
- Is organized and reliable.
- Enjoys working independently and being out in the community.





Sales Experience

Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, fundraising, real estate, hospitality, or other people-focused roles is welcome.

Experience with direct sales, field sales, or door-to-door sales is particularly valuable.

Compensation

Hourly rate + performance-based bonuses

The bonus program is designed to reward the creation and retention of long-term recurring customers.
