Comfort Contracting Services Inc. is seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple renovation and restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house crews.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
- Schedule work and ensure project timelines are met.
- Review quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Communicate with clients, property managers, and internal team members.
- Resolve day-to-day site issues and keep projects moving efficiently.
- Prepare project updates, documentation, and reports.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a Project Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar construction management role is required.




- General knowledge of residential and commercial construction, including:
- Drywall
- Flooring
- Painting
- Carpentry
- General renovations
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable transportation.
