Keep our fleet rolling — on your schedule, in our fully equipped shop.

We run a busy tour company in Prince Edward County and we're looking for an experienced mechanic to take ownership of maintaining our small fleet of Mercedes Sprinter vans, stretch limousines, small shuttle buses.

The setup:

- A dedicated, fully equipped shop — vehicle lift and major equipment already on site.
- You choose when the work gets done. No set shifts, no on-call, no service-counter pressure. As long as the fleet stays road-ready, mornings, evenings, or weekends are entirely up to you.
- No customers, no flat rate, no book time. Just a small fleet, one point of contact, and work done right.
- Flexible arrangement — casual employee or independent contractor invoicing, whichever suits you. This works well as supplemental income alongside another job or your own shop.

What you'll do:

- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections across the fleet
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues as they come up
- Keep straightforward maintenance and repair records
- Flag upcoming needs (tires, brakes, fluids) so we can plan ahead
- Coordinate priorities with owner — then work independently

What we're looking for:





- Ontario Certificate of Qualification: 310S or 310T (or equivalent certification/experience)
- Proven experience maintaining and repairing a range of vehicles; diesel and Sprinter experience is a strong asset
- Ability to work independently and stand behind your work
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence
- Located within commuting distance of Prince Edward County

Pay: $40.00–$50.00 per hour, based on certification and experience. Open to a flat monthly fleet-maintenance arrangement for the right person.
