SUMMARY
The Program Manager Coordinator will provide support to the Program Management (PM) team and help with administrative functions. This position is responsible for supporting the performance of material by customer accounts from a business and a financial perspective. The incumbent will work to coordinate, monitor, and leverage other groups such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales and Materials to meet their customers' and the PM team members’ needs and requirements. This position reports to the PMO (Program Management Office) Manager.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct the reports and administrative functions for the program management team
- Develops and maintains current plans for meeting customer expectations and satisfaction
- Help with data entry and data extraction for the PM Team
- Maintain and provide weekly updates to the revenue commit report, backlog report, month end warehouse billing for key customers etc.
- Management of cross-functional Customer Program Teams in a high demand fast-paced environment.
- Manage and maintain the OTD Report monthly
- Help the team with sales order entry, dispatches and any invoice changes or issues
- Execute the PPV and NRE dispatches for all customers
- Communicates PM team requirements on an on-going basis to ensure that management stays appropriately engaged in the program
- Identifies and ensures appropriate cross-functional projects and problem-solving actions are in place to address program issues.
- Maintains adequate technical depth and managerial skill to address customer issues and resource prioritization.
- Responsible for ensuring that any outstanding audit requirements, including NCAR’s are followed through in an expedient and timely manner and to the due dates specified.

SKILLS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of successful administrative experience accountable for one or more of the following functions: manufacturing, materials, program management, sales,
customer service or marketing
- Experience in product introduction and change management (development, industrialization, or similar) in EMS and/or a mid to low volume electronics OEM
- Strong product knowledge, with broad understanding of business processes including development, commercial and supply chain considerations
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent time management & project management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with a proven track record to put ideas/proposal across to others effectively
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO would be an asset
- Fluent: English language (written and spoken)
HOURS OF WORK, LOCATION, SCHEDULE
- This position’s normal hours of work is from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ET.
- This role will be 100% in office at the Markham, Ontario Canada facilities (Building A- 195 Royal Crest Court and/or Building B – 3930 14th Avenue locations) as business needs dictate.
