Route Manager / Residential Housekeeper-Cleaner

Location: Burnaby, New Westminster, East Vancouver and Maple Ridge, BC
Schedule: Full-time, daytime hours
Compensation: $20–$25 per hour

MOLLY MAID is looking for motivated and dependable Route Managers and Housekeepers/Cleaners to join our team of cleaning professionals. You will work with a teammate to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services that help clients enjoy clean and comfortable homes.

Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but it is not required. We provide paid, on-the-job training to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

What you will do

- Travel with a teammate to clients’ homes throughout the service area
- Manage and follow the daily cleaning route
- Professionally clean approximately three to five homes per day
- Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitize assigned areas
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces
- Follow MOLLY MAID cleaning procedures, safety requirements and quality standards




- Lead and support your cleaning partner when working as a Route Manager
- Handle clients’ homes and belongings with care and respect
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Complete required cleaning documentation
- Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment and the company vehicle
- Help ensure each client receives consistent, high-quality service

Who we are looking for

- Work well as part of a two-person team
- Can work efficiently without direct supervision
- Are comfortable performing a physically active job
- Can professionally clean approximately three to five homes per day
- Have a valid British Columbia driver’s licence
- Can provide a clean criminal record check
- Live in Burnaby, New Westminster, East Vancouver, Maple Ridge or the surrounding area

Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, room attendance, office cleaning, commercial cleaning or client service is an asset, but not required.
