Automotive Financial Services Manager (F&I;)

With our current Financial Services Manager retiring in February, we are seeking an experienced Automotive F&I; Manager to join our sales management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of the Finance & Insurance (F&I;) process
- Present and sell financing, leasing, and protection products
- Ensure full compliance with VSA, federal, and provincial regulations




- Accurately prepare contracts and documentation
- Work closely with the sales and management team to drive profitability

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Automotive F&I; Manager / Financial Services Manager
- Valid VSA License (required — applications without this will not be considered)
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance, leasing, and insurance products
- Proven ability to present and close F&I; products ethically and effectively
- Experience with F&I; software and dealership management systems (DMS)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
