Duties

Become familiar with product lines, services and customer base

Receive all deliveries both physically and in our system. Tag and notify customers as required.

Help repair team with parts cleaning and painting

Keep shop, warehouse and sales counter clean

Put stock transfer items away and check quantities as they arrive

Unload trucks from couriers & customers

Receive & tag all repair jobs as they come in with all pertinent information

Help customers to/from their vehicles with incoming/outgoing repairs and new product

Deliver / pick up repairs & new product as directed

Requirements





- Solid customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Ability to perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, dusting, and organizing effectively
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers confidently
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks comfortably
- A proactive mindset with attention to detail in maintaining store presentation
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute positively to the team environment

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
