In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and restoring vinyl window systems to their optimal condition. Your expertise will help ensure our clients enjoy secure, energy-efficient, and beautifully maintained windows. Duties

- Inspect vinyl window units to identify issues such as broken seals, damaged frames, or malfunctioning hardware
- Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, or replace window components efficiently
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to guide repairs accurately
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure weather-tightness and energy efficiency
- Perform restoration work including cleaning, repainting, and refurbishing window frames as needed
- Collaborate with team members on complex repairs involving carpentry, plumbing,



or welding when necessary
- Document repair processes, parts used, and work completed for quality control and client records

Requirements

- Proven experience with hand tools, construction projects, or window repair is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of vinyl window systems and schematics reading skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams accurately
- Familiarity with caulking techniques and restoration procedures for windows and frames
- Construction experience including carpentry, painting, plumbing, welding or flooring installation is a plus
- Knowledge of tile laying or flooring installation can be advantageous for certain projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues quickly and effectively
