We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Duties

- Review and interpret physician orders to ensure appropriate medication therapy.
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide medication counseling and education to patients and their families.
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust medication regimens as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care in acute care settings.
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions.
- Stay updated on medical terminology, drug interactions, and best practices in pharmacy.
- Participate in pediatric care initiatives, ensuring the safe administration of medications for younger patients.

Qualifications





- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and acute care practices.
- Experience in medication administration and patient care within a hospital environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with pediatric pharmacotherapy is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate patients effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in medication dispensing.
