You'll be responsible for ensuring the e-scooters and e-bikes in our fleet are safe and functional. It's a physically demanding and lively job that gives you hands-on experience with e-scooter repair and maintenance. This position is critical in helping us build and maintain our fleet, and it has a direct impact on the millions of people who use our service.

Current Shift Opportunities:

- Days: approx. 7:00am-3:30pm (Monday, Tuesday, Saturday)

Available Orientation Session:

- August 13th from 10:00am - 1:00pm (orientation session only)

Responsibilities

- Inspect and repair a variety of mechanical and software issues
- Follow processes and procedures to ensure that all e-scooters are secure to use.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts.
- Assisting the product and engineering teams in testing innovations and features.
- Maintain a tidy and functional work environment.
- Assist with keeping our warehouse clean and well-maintained.

Requirements

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a variety of scenarios.
- Basic tool proficiency is required.




- Prior experience in bike mechanics or e-scooter is advantageous.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds; stooping, bending, walking, and standing for long periods.
- Flexible availability and willingness to work on weekends regularly.
- Must be comfortable using technology (smartphone).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously with little supervision and make quick priority judgments.
- Be willing to be subject to a background check; clearance is required
