Job Summary

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and efficiently check them in or out using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette and hospitality skills
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining detailed records
- Handle guest requests, complaints, or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, room charges, and billing details to ensure accuracy




- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and controlling access to the property during overnight hours
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating guest information, and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance teams

Requirements

- Proven experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality environments is highly preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a solid plus to serve diverse guest needs effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for handling inquiries professionally
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and hotel management software efficiently
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment
