We are hiring a motivated, results-driven Roofing & Exterior Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with homeowners, and wants uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

- Meet with homeowners to assess roofing and exterior needs
- Conduct property inspections and take measurements
- Present roofing and exterior solutions professionally and confidently
- Close sales and follow up with prospective clients
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM

Products & Services Sold

- Roof replacements (retail and insurance claims)
- Siding, soffit, fascia, and soft metals
- Hail and storm damage restoration




- Exterior upgrades and renovations

Qualifications

- Sales experience preferred (roofing or construction experience is an asset)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and on roofs
- Professional appearance and attitude
