True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our Jets Gear team!

As a Sales Associate, you'll help create an exceptional shopping experience for fans visiting our Jets Gear retail stores and merchandise locations during Winnipeg Jets games, Manitoba Moose games, concerts, and other live events. Whether you're helping someone find the perfect jersey or processing purchases during a sold-out game, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences for every guest. As a Jets Gear Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work at one of our retail locations (Polo Park Mall, Kildonan Place Mall, St. Vital Mall and Canada Life Centre), with shifts available during days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and event nights.

What to be excited for in this role:

- Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming every guest with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Help customers find merchandise, answer questions, and make product recommendations.
- Process sales accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems while handling cash, debit, and credit transactions.
- Assist with stocking, replenishing, folding, organizing, and displaying merchandise to maintain an inviting shopping environment.
- Prepare merchandise locations for game nights, concerts, and special events.
- Work collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced retail environment during both regular store hours and high-volume event days.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor.
- Perform other duties that support the Jets Gear team and guest experience.

What we need from you:

- A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Friendly, approachable,



and welcoming personality with a positive attitude and a smile.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is considered an asset.
- Experience operating a POS system and handling cash transactions is an asset.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods throughout your shift.
- Able to regularly lift and move merchandise weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and Winnipeg Jets, Manitoba Moose, concert, and event nights.
