Responsibilities

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or aromatherapy massages to meet client needs
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their health concerns and customize treatments accordingly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment plans, expectations, and post-session care instructions
- Keep detailed records of client treatments, preferences, and progress for future reference
- Stay informed about new massage techniques and industry best practices through ongoing education and training




- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with knowledge of various massage modalities
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to health conditions treated through massage therapy
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain procedures and listen attentively to client needs
- Valid licensing or certification as required by local regulations for practicing massage therapy
- Ability to maintain professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
