This opportunity is being recruited on behalf of Horizon Impact Marketing, a client organization that is currently expanding its team in Hamilton, Ontario.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our client's team. This is a full time, in-person opportunity that combines office-based training, team development, and direct, face-to-face customer engagement.

This position is well suited for individuals seeking an entry-level opportunity where they can develop communication, customer service, sales, and professional relationship-building skills in a supportive team environment.

Successful candidates will receive ongoing coaching, structured training, and support while gaining valuable experience and professional development.

Compensation

Daily base support/per-diem for each day worked
Additional commission and performance-based incentives
Total earnings may vary based on attendance and individual performance
Ongoing training and development provided

Schedule

Monday to Friday
Full-time position
In-person role based in Hamilton, Ontario
Combination of office activities, training sessions, and customer-facing field responsibilities

Responsibilities

Engage with members of the public in a professional and respectful manner
Represent client programs and services accurately and professionally
Participate in daily team meetings, training sessions, and development activities
Build positive relationships with customers and community members




Maintain strong communication and customer service standards
Work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
Support customer engagement, outreach, and promotional initiatives
Meet individual and team performance expectations

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable and professional work ethic
Comfortable working in a team-oriented and customer-facing environment
Comfortable with direct, face-to-face field engagement
Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, fundraising, or related experience is considered an asset but is not required
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
