Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled load Broker to join our team. Must have 2+ years of experience.

Duties:

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

-Loadlink, Truck stop knowledge.

- Custom, Custom clearing, Custom issue resolving.

- Canadian/ US Custom bond knowledge.

-CBSA Knowledge.
- Finding suitable carrier to haul our freight.
- Negotiate rates with carriers.
- Provide guidance and assistance to carriers, and clients.
- Maintain organized records of freight, carriers, customers.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Transportation.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to find and communicate with carriers.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.
