Our friendly and quality orthodontic practice is seeking a dental assistant 3-4 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

Assist doctor and hygienist during orthodontic procedures
Bring patients in for their visit, building a personal connection at every visit.
Desire to help, educate and improve our patients’ lives.
Sterilize dental instruments. Maintain and prepare equipment and supplies.
Organize, clean, and maintain a clean and sterile clinical area.
Maintain a positive attitude with fellow team members to provide an atmosphere of trust, respect, and cooperation.
Perform any other tasks delegated or assigned.

Requirements:
Dental Assistant experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal,



an ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Experience in an orthodontic office is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 32.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fergus, ON N1M 3T8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- Dental Assisting: 1 year (required)

Language:

- Fluent English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Certified Dental Assistant (preferred)
