Full time Position – Hourly pay

Start Date: Immediate

With the seasonality of our business, we are now looking to recruit a Technician, on a full-time basis, to work in two different parts of the business at different times of the year.

Labonte Seed: 2 Locations

▪ Clean and bag seed

▪ Monitor production system and address discrepancies

▪ Grade product to identify quality level

▪ Complete any documentation required

▪ Prepare for and load / unload deliveries

▪ Maintain and keep a clean facility

Summer Break: June 15 – July 15

▪ 2 weeks annual vacation must be taken during this break

▪ Monitor production system and address discrepancies

▪ Prepare for and control the loading / unloading of trucks

▪ Maintain and keep a clean facility

Skills / Abilities Required:

▪ Physical Strength – required for bagging / loading process

▪ Comfortable working in cold environments

▪ Able to work without supervision

▪ Agricultural background / knowledge

▪ Numeracy – must be able to add, subtract and do math
