Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and food handling, ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using a POS system
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining and kitchen areas
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers efficiently

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations




- Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in cashiering duties and handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus
- Ability to sanitate work areas regularly to ensure cleanliness
