Whether you are new to the trades or already have experience in pool installation, landscaping, hardscaping, excavation, equipment operation or construction, we want to hear from you.

No experience is required for entry-level candidates. If you are reliable, coachable and willing to work hard, we are prepared to train the right person.

Experienced candidates may have opportunities to move into equipment operation, lead-hand, crew-leader, foreman and specialized installation roles.

Winter Work

Unlike many seasonal landscape positions, winter work is available for the right individuals.

Winter opportunities are offered to team members who prove themselves through reliability, strong attendance, versatility, work ethic and a genuine interest in growing with the company.

Duties May Include

- Assisting with pool installations
- Landscape and hardscape construction
- Installing patios, walkways and retaining walls
- Excavation, grading and site preparation
- Preparing and compacting aggregate bases
- Concrete and stonework
- Loading and moving materials
- Operating tools and equipment when qualified
- Keeping trucks, trailers and job sites organized
- Working safely as part of a crew

Experience That Would Be an Asset

- Pool installation
- Interlock or hardscape construction
- Excavation or grading
- Skid steer or excavator operation
- Landscape construction
- Concrete, carpentry or masonry




- Reading grades and elevations
- Using laser levels
- Reading a tape measure accurately

A valid Ontario driver’s licence is strongly preferred.

A restricted Class A, DZ or AZ licence would be a strong asset.

Experience is valuable, but attitude and dependability matter just as much.

What to Expect

This work is physical, fast-paced and outdoors in different weather conditions.

You will be expected to arrive prepared, follow instructions, work safely and contribute throughout the day.

This position will not suit someone who regularly arrives late, avoids responsibility or needs to be constantly pushed.

However, if you enjoy hands-on work, learning valuable skills and being part of a strong crew, this could be an excellent opportunity.

Compensation and Job Details

- $20 to $25 per hour to start
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional additional hours based on project requirements

Higher earning potential is available for candidates with proven experience, leadership ability, equipment skills and relevant licensing.
