We are seeking a skilled powersport Technician to join our team. The candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various technical skills. Technician skills should include, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all manner of on and offroad toys to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The Technician will work in a busy shop with a great team setting.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a variety of equipment, including dirt bikes, quads, motorcycles, sleds, etc..
- Utilize electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems within the equipment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand equipment layouts and functions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding equipment performance.
- Lift heavy components as necessary, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

- Proven experience in mechanical repair, particular with powersports or automotive platforms.
- Proven experience as a Technician Journeyman Only.




- Strong electrical experience is a plus, enabling effective troubleshooting of electrical components.
- Excellent customer service skills are necessary for effective communication with clients.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Proficient in using various tools and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in team environment
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
