Canvas Craft is a leader in premium digital can printing and packaging solutions for the craft beverage industry. We partner with breweries, cideries, wineries, distilleries, and other beverage producers to help bring their brands to life.

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager who enjoys building solid customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and growing strategic accounts across BC and Alberta.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who is proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable getting out into the market to meet customers, open new doors, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

- Identify, prioritize, and win new business opportunities across the beverage and packaging markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and targeted accounts.
- Conduct regular in-person customer visits to uncover opportunities and grow existing business.
- Develop new leads and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Educate customers on Canvas Craft’s full range of products, services, and solutions.
- Use CRM tools consistently to manage leads, opportunities, customer activity, and follow-up.
- Execute sales initiatives and contribute to achieving revenue and account growth targets.
- Support successful customer onboarding and guide customers through the pre-print, print, sample, production, and delivery process.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Production, Operations, and Marketing to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain strong industry and product knowledge to identify opportunities and provide value to customers.

What You Bring

- 3+ years of outside sales experience.
- Experience in business development, lead generation,



and customer relationship management.
- Proven ability to develop new business and grow customer accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage sales activity and customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Formal sales training and direct-to-business customer experience are assets.
- Experience in printing, packaging, CPG, or the beverage industry is considered an asset.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
