Key Responsibilities

- Manage real estate transactions (Residential & Commercial) from open to close.
- Draft, review,



and coordinate all necessary closing documents.
- Conduct and review title and off-title searches.
- Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, and other legal offices.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: Previous experience in Real Estate Law is required.
- Software Skills: Proficiency with Teraview and conveyancing software (Unity or LDD) is highly valued. Familiarity with PC Law is an asset.
- Education: A Law Clerk diploma is preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
