Principal tasks and responsibilities include:

- Process high-volume Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.

- Prepare and post journal entries.

- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

- Support month end close activities.

- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account inquiries.

- Assist with reporting and other operational accounting responsibilities.

- Support continuous improvements to accounting processes and workflows.

- Collaborate with the Finance team on day-to-day accounting operations.





Qualifications and pre-requisites:

- Bilingual in English and French.

- 1 to 3+ years of accounting experience.

- Experience with both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

- Experience working with an ERP or accounting system.

- Ability to prioritize work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
