The Bouquet Stocker role assists the Lead Hand with all cooler functions while focusing primarily on the stocking and proper rotation of product. The work takes place in a large cooler that is cold so appropriate attire is required. We are looking for an individual who can work hard, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can be on their feet all day.

Responsibilities

- Stock new and returning product while maintaining correct product rotation
- Ensure pails have proper quantities of product in them
- Retrieve additional product for bouquet makers as needed
- Assist the Cooler Lead Hand in the setting up of bouquet carts as needed
- Conduct daily quality control checks of flowers
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment via sweeping, breaking down boxes, removing empty skids and pails, etc.

Qualifications





- Floral knowledge/experience is an asset
- Capable of lifting up to 10-20 lbs above your waist and head repeatedly
- Ability to work well in a rapid-paced environment
- Able and willing to work long hours during holiday seasons
- Strong prioritizing and time-management skills
- Basic computer skills

Schedule
Monday – Friday 8:00AM – Finish (usually around 4:30 or 5:00 but time varies, can be later or earlier)
Mandatory Saturdays during holidays seasons

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
