PURPOSE: We are searching for an Inside Salesperson to join our team. If you are resourceful, organized, mechanically inclined and knowledgeable with heavy equipment, then this position may be for you! This full-time position is for the person who enjoys the challenges of the day-to-day interaction with our loyal customer base providing superior service in a busy but friendly environment.

FUNCTION: Inside Sales, Outside Sales Support, Order Desk, Sales Administration and Quoting

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:





· Assist our customers, over phone and email, for the attachment selection and verification of correct applications

· Keep high levels of customer service to current as well as prospective clients, by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products

· Responsible for day-to-day processing of orders for customers, including entering and maintaining accurate customer information and records in the company database platforms

· Work on our team with all Company departments to improve accuracy and efficiency for our Customers

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Ability to build and maintain networking and relationship building

· Strong computer skills required and an experience with Sage 50 Accounting and CRM database would be a robust asset

· Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings is recommended

· Must be organized, motivated, self-starter that can work with minimal supervision and tight deadlines

· Customer service and sales background with previous parts or front counter experience an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
