We're looking for florist with availability from Monday-Friday 11am-6pm
We are seeking a creative and passionate Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in floral design and a love for working with plants and flowers. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with retail sales in our shop. Your ability to communicate effectively and work well with customers will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday occasions.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral shop.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Manage inventory of flowers, plants,



and supplies to ensure freshness and availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Proven experience in floral design or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Sales experience in retail is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A passion for gardening and knowledge of different flower types is crucial.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
