Duties

- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly, ensuring customers are well-informed about their vehicle’s condition
- Schedule service appointments efficiently, balancing customer needs with shop capacity
- Collaborate closely with mechanics to relay customer concerns and ensure timely repairs
- Promote additional services and upsell maintenance or repair options that benefit the customer’s vehicle longevity
- Handle cash transactions accurately,



including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate updates to customers throughout the repair process

Requirements

- Proven dealership experience or background in automotive sales or service advising
- Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to understand vehicle issues thoroughly
- Solid customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers of varying knowledge levels
- Experience in upselling automotive services while maintaining integrity and transparency
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and common vehicle issues
- Competence in cash handling and basic administrative tasks

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
