Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, accurately processing transactions and handling cash, credit, or digital payments with precision.
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders efficiently, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, food prep areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly, including giving correct change and balancing cash drawers at shift end.




- Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock levels or equipment issues.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
- Proven ability to handle POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently and accurately process transactions.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that makes guests feel valued.
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous kitchen or serving experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.

Pay: $17.00-$17.50 per hour
