- Morning shifts: 6:00am starts

We are looking for Barista’s to join our team...

Giovane Caffe is looking for a barista all round. We are located in the lobby of the Shangri-La Hotel. This is an early morning/afternoon/early evening role. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee and coffee culture!

The purpose of this position is to produce delicious hot & cold beverages, prepare light food orders, provide great customer service, operate and navigate through the POS, online order apps as well as to help maintain a clean and organized caffe. Receive orders and organize Caffe items.

What we expect from you:

- Ability to professionally communicate, prepare and serve all our menu offerings, including light food assembly
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to multi-task and work in a energetic environment




- Provide professional and friendly customer experience
- You must be organized, proactive, motivated, and always contributing to team performance
- Conducts all appropriate cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting of the equipment as and when needed.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs
- Experience with Italian café culture an asset
- Experience with Auphan POS an asset

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
