Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing Service Supervisor to lead and oversee our service division. This role is vital in ensuring that plumbing systems are installed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. As a Plumbing Service Supervisor, you will coordinate teams of plumbers, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with all safety and building codes. Your expertise will help drive project success from start to finish, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes quality workmanship and safety.

Duties

- Supervise and support service plumbers to ensure timely and accurate installation of plumbing systems according to blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Provide technician guidance and troubleshooting assistance
- Conduct site visits to assess complex plumbing and mechanical issues
- Monitor work quality through regular inspections, ensuring adherence to safety standards, building codes, and client requirements
- Manage procurement of materials, tools, and equipment needed for plumbing tasks while maintaining budget controls




- Implement quality control procedures to verify proper installation practices and troubleshoot technical challenges as they arise
- Assist with estimating repairs.
- Train, mentor and and develop service technicians
- On call weekend assisting on call Technicians

Experience

- Red Seal Plumber
- Minimum 7 years or service plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of residential, commercial and multi family plumbing systems
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting, scheduling, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in quality control processes to ensure high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle

Pay: $30.39-$55.00 per hour
