Join our energetic youth sports program 11 to 18 year olds as a Youth Volleyball Coach, where your passion for sports and dedication to youth development will inspire the next generation of athletes! In this role, you will lead engaging volleyball training sessions, foster teamwork and sportsmanship, and create a positive environment that encourages skill-building and confidence. Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate volleyball training sessions that emphasize fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship
- Lead practices and games with enthusiasm, ensuring all participants are engaged and motivated
- Teach proper volleyball techniques, rules, and safety procedures to players of varying skill levels
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes respect, discipline, and camaraderie among young athletes
- Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual development
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and program coordinators to communicate progress and address concerns




- Ensure all activities adhere to safety guidelines and promote an inclusive atmosphere for all participants

Experience

- Previous experience teaching or coaching youth sports, preferably volleyball or similar team sports
- Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and game strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes
- Demonstrated ability to teach fundamental skills in a transparent, engaging manner
- Experience working with children or teenagers in a coaching or educational setting is highly desirable
- Ability to adapt coaching methods to suit different age groups and skill levels

Pay: Up to $5,000.00 per year
