Fairbank Medical Clinic is seeking an experienced, full time Medical Receptionist to join our brand-new, modern family medicine clinic in Toronto.

We are looking for a highly organized, friendly, and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume medical practice and is committed to providing exceptional customer service to every patient.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients in a warm, courteous, and professional manner
- Manage a busy reception desk and high patient volumes
- Schedule appointments and coordinate physician schedules
- Register patients and maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Process referrals, requisitions, and incoming/outgoing faxes
- Answer and direct a high volume of phone calls
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Work collaboratively with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure efficient clinic operations

Qualifications:





- Previous experience as a medical receptionist in a busy, high-traffic family medicine or walk-in clinic is required
- Proficiency with Accuro EMR is required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- A warm, friendly, and patient-focused attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Assets:

- Fluency in a second language is considered a strong asset, particularly Italian, Filipino (Tagalog), or Spanish.
- Experience working in family medicine or walk-in clinics.

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
