ruro Toyota is currently in search of an enthusiastic, customer-focused and inspiring Host/Hostess who will be responsible for creating a positive and informative customer experience for our guests when they visit us and after they purchased their brand-recent vehicle.
The Host/Hostess will be accountable for:
- Greeting guests
- Answering guest inquiries
- Informing new owners on after-sale support and service
- Delivering customer vehicles and conducting demonstrations.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Must have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued
- Exemplify strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
- Willing to work Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive a standard shift vehicle considered an asset.
