Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Assist clients in preparing and submitting various immigration applications, including work permits, study permits, permanent residence, and visas.
- Provide clear, comprehensive legal advice on immigration options, eligibility criteria, and procedural requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation and clarify application details.




- Liaise with government agencies and immigration authorities on behalf of clients to facilitate application processing.
- Conduct thorough case assessments to determine the best immigration pathways for individual client situations.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, application statuses, and correspondence in accordance with regulatory standards.

Experience

- Valid Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) license issued by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
- Proven experience in Canadian immigration consulting or related legal advisory roles.
- Strong understanding of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with immigration software tools and document management systems is preferred.
