Job Summary

As our Junior Graphic Designer, you'll work with us to design engaging social media content, edit short-form videos, and help execute creative campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in digital and print design, contribute to innovative projects, and grow your portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their design career who is eager to learn, grow, and build a strong portfolio while working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

- Design graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms
- Create static posts, carousel graphics, stories, and other digital marketing assets
- Edit short-form videos and simple motion graphics for social media
- Ensure all creative work aligns with client brand guidelines
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and design best practices
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Revise designs based on feedback in a timely manner





Qualifications Required:

- 1+ years of graphic design experience (professional, freelance, internship, or equivalent)
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, and branding
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Robust communication and time management skills

Preferred:

- Experience with Descript
- Familiarity with Canva
- Understanding of current social media trends and platform best practices
