Summary:

The Onsite Supervisoris responsible to supervise and manage the Mobile HDPE Recycling Plant including daily tool box talks and job hazard assessments, preventative maintenace and production reporting. The site supervisor will be responsible to ensure the following tasks are completed safely and efficiently: preparing materials (cutting and cleaning), operating machinery, tallying weights. This position requires, preventative maintenance, daily production reporting, loading trucks and ensuring all paperwork in completed accurately. All tasks are to be completed in accordance with EcoAxis Inc Health and Safety Program.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner
- Lead daily toolbox talks and job hazard assessments
- Complete daily production reporting
- Ensure all trucks are loaded and paperwork completed
- Operate HDPE Mobile recycling equipment following secure work procedures as required
- Cut,



clean and prepare HDPE materials to meet machinery specifications prior to filling machine
- Daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance schedule
- Keep work area clean and tidy at all times
- Quality Control Checks on machines outputs when required
- Weigh bags in preparation for shipping
- Operate Lifting Equipment (as trained and qualified to do so)

Qualification Requirements:

- Experience in safety and environmentally conscious field work
- 3-5 years site foreman experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Forklift Certification is an asset (training can be provided)
- Standard First Aid is an asset (training can be provided)

Pay: $23.00 per hour
