We are a growing asphalt and concrete company seeking a skilled and reliable technician with experience in line painting and a working knowledge of asphalt and concrete repair techniques.
The ideal candidate must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain line painting equipment
- Accurately paint lines, curbs, symbols, and other markings on parking lots, roadways, and commercial properties
- Assist with crack sealing, seal coating, asphalt patching, and concrete repairs as needed
- Follow safety protocols and job site procedures
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
Qualifications:
✅ Required:
- Experience with line painting equipment
- Ability to paint clean and accurate lines
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- experience with crackfilling
✅ Preferred but not required:
- Experience with crack sealing equipment
- Knowledge of seal coating techniques and tools
- Familiarity with asphalt patchwork/repair
- Knowledge of basic concrete repairs
