Are you passionate about creating engaging social media content that people actually stop to watch?

Miracle Beauty is a modern medical aesthetics clinic looking for an energetic, creative and organized Social Media Content Creator to become an important part of our growing team.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys being both behind the camera and in front of it. You'll work directly with our nurses and clinic team to create educational videos, treatment demonstrations, before-and-after transformations, promotional campaigns and trending content that helps grow our brand across multiple social media platforms.

If you're always keeping up with the latest Instagram, TikTok and social media trends, enjoy filming and editing engaging videos, and love bringing creative ideas to life, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and future YouTube channels.
- Film treatments, educational videos, behind-the-scenes content, staff features and promotional campaigns.
- Edit high-quality short-form videos using platforms such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush or similar software.
- Design skilled promotional graphics, flyers and social media posts using Canva.
- Photograph treatments and produce consistent before-and-after images that accurately showcase client results.
- Help write captions, scripts and educational content using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Keep our social media content calendar organized and consistently scheduled ahead of time.
- Monitor current social media trends and recommend new content ideas that fit our brand.
- Respond professionally to comments, direct messages and social media inquiries.
- Help manage ManyChat automations to ensure conversations feel helpful, natural and personal.
- Maintain Linktree and social media links across all platforms.
- Assist with Google Review initiatives and help monitor review growth.




- Track social media analytics and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with management on promotions, campaigns and creative marketing ideas.
- Assist the front desk during lunch breaks or busy periods when needed.
- Help ensure our clinic's online presence always reflects a premium client experience.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is creative, reliable, detail-oriented and excited about building a growing brand.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 1–2 years of social media content creation experience.
- A portfolio showcasing previous content, photography or video editing work.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush or similar software.
- Experience using Canva for social media graphics and promotional materials.
- Excellent photography and composition skills.
- Confidence speaking on camera and appearing in videos.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- An interest in skincare, beauty, wellness or medical aesthetics.

Bonus Qualifications

- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Experience with ManyChat or similar messaging platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics.
- Experience creating YouTube content.
- Photography or videography experience.
- Ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish, Mandarin or other languages is considered an asset.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday (approximately 28–34 hours per week).
- Occasional evening,



weekend or special event availability may be required.
- Weekend message monitoring may occasionally be required to help maintain excellent client communication.
