Face-to-Face Outreach Representative/Door-to-Door

*About West Coast Outreach*

West Coast Outreach is a purpose-driven face-to-face marketing and outreach organization that represents international charities across Canada.

Through face-to-face neighborhood canvassing, we help trusted non-profit organizations and raise awareness, acquire new supporters, and build long-term community support.

*Location*: Toronto, ON (On-Site)

This is a full-time position that combines office-based training with community outreach.

Each day begins with team meetings, training, and campaign preparation before heading into various neighborhoods to collect monthly donations for our partnered charities

*Pay & Benefits*

- Guaranteed weekly base pay
- Performance bonuses & incentives, commission
- Average weekly earnings: $700–$1,000 (Includes base pay per diem, commission, and bonuses.)

*Hours*

- Monday to Friday schedule
- Full-time hours: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

*What You'll Do*

- Represent well-known charities
- Engage with people through face-to-face conversations
- Explain campaigns clearly and professionally
- Build relationships with members of the public
- Answer questions and handle objections confidently
- Work in the office (training, meetings, preparation)




- Work in the field (neighborhood canvassing in communities)
- Meet individual and team goals
- Participate in ongoing coaching and development

*Experience*

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, fundraising, or marketing is an asset—but not required.
- Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Full training is provided.

*Requirements*

- Able to commute to our Toronto office Monday through Friday
- Available to work full-time (at least 5 days) or part-time (at least 3 days), any days Mon - Sun, 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- No vehicle required
